Vzw Ithaka reikt als setting de hand uit naar gemotiveerde stagiairs en biedt hen een leerrijke ervaring aan. Als vzw willen wij stagiairs kansen aanbieden. Zo is er natuurlijk de kans tot werkervaring die stagiairs oplopen tijdens hun begeleide stage. Bovendien krijgen studenten de kans nieuwe mensen te leren kennen en hun netwerk te verruimen.<br \/>\nOok wij als vzw hebben baat bij een nieuw gezicht binnen onze werking. Een nieuw iemand heeft vaak een nieuwe kijk op de dingen. Op die manier stellen wij steeds onszelf in vraag, wat op zijn beurt leidt tot effici\u00ebnter werken. Daarnaast komt tijd en ruimte vrij om te werken aan taken waar anders weinig tijd voor over was. De medewerkers zien bovendien graag nieuwe mensen binnen Ithaka. Het is voor hen een kans om kennis te maken met anderen.<br \/>\nEen stage betekent voor ons een oefening in de realiteit. Daarbij ligt de klemtoon op het oefenen. Wie stage volgt bij Ithaka mag dus fouten maken. De stagebegeleider polst aan het begin van de stageperiode welke taken de stagiair liggen en welke zijn persoonlijke interesses en kwaliteiten zijn.
