In het gebouw wonen nog een resident en 8 mensen met een verstandelijke beperking en\/of autisme, elk zelfstandig in hun eigen appartement.<\/p>\n<p>Je bent als resident een aanspreekpunt voor kleine praktische zaken en voor dringende onverwachte zaken. Je neemt graag deel aan groepsactiviteiten en je kunt nabijheid en veiligheid bieden aan de bewoners en hun netwerk.<\/p>\n<p>Je hoeft niet voortdurend of op vaste momenten aanwezig te zijn. Je kunt je eigen sociaal leven en werk hebben.<\/p>\n<p>Als resident sta je er niet allen voor. Er is een tweede resident en je kunt rekenen op coaching door vzw Ithaka.<\/p>\n<p>De huurprijs bedraagt 580 euro + 45 euro gemeenschappelijke kosten.<\/p>\n<p>Tijdens de INFOAVOND worden het project en de bewoners voorgesteld, wordt er uitleg gegeven over de verwachtingen naar de resident toe en kunnen er vragen worden gesteld.
